Your personal data is held and used by York Association of the National Trust (YANT) in accordance with current data protection legislation. We will only use the personal data you provide to administer your membership of the Association, including use by sub-committees. We do not share your information with any other organisation, or YANT Members. You have the right to review, amend or have your data deleted. This can be done by emailing datamanager@yant.org.uk or by telephoning the Secretary on the number given in the latest newsletter. Contact information will always be deleted, from all records, one year after membership has ceased i.e. membership ends in March 2018, information deleted in March 2019.
